My name is Debs, and I warmly welcome you to this space for calm, and mindful positive wellbeing. My background includes teaching psychology, counselling, and early years education, and I am now a qualified mindfulness and meditation teacher.
Mindfulness has made a meaningful difference to my own life and family, and I am passionate about sharing practical strategies that can help you find more calm in a busy and often chaotic world.
As a mum of two young children, one of whom is neurodivergent, I have seen first-hand how mindful approaches can support emotional regulation, connection, and everyday wellbeing.

We are dedicated to providing practical guidance on mindfulness and meditation which will help children and adults to live a calmer life.
We will share easily accessible
tools to integrate into your everyday life which support better physical, emotional and mental health, promoting a better sense of well-being.




Whether you are comfortable sitting or lying, attending every week or simply when you have the time, our classes will not only help you to recalibrate but will share techniques with you to take into your busy everyday schedules.

Our classes take place in and around the Burnley area.

Children are our passion! Our
one to one sessions for children include a range of approaches tailored to suit your child. We offer a calm, supportive and nurturing space
where they can learn to manage big emotions, stay grounded, and cope with the world around them.
Sessions support children and young people with:
· Emotional regulation
· Anxiety or overwhelm
· Day-to-day demands, transitions and stressors
· Neurodiversity, including ADHD and autism
· Confidence and self-esteem
For adults, the Mindfulness Now Programme fuses key elements of MBSR and MBCT and is a simple and flexible therapeutic course to support lasting changes in habits of thoughts and behaviours, leading to a calmer and happier life.

Mindful practice for our young people is so important to give them the coping strategies they need in the crazy anddemanding world they are growing up in. Our workshops are tailored towards the specific requirements of each school, year, class or individual, whether it be dealing with exam stress, improving concentration and focus, navigating the stresses of everyday life or all of the above! Our sessions are fun and informative and give away tools to our next generation that will last a lifetime.
We also train teachers on quick but effective ways on how to implement mindfulness into the everyday routine of lessons for calmer, more focussed and attentive classes.

A mindful workforce leads to better focus, increased levels of staff well-being and higher productivity.
We provide workshops for staff well-being days to share knowledge with workers on how to practice mindfulness techniques in their busy everyday lives.
We also instruct trainers on how to deliver mindfulness training across your business.
